IJBSAM PIT Collection

Introduction

The International Journal of Business Science and Applied Management (IJBSAM) Public Interest Technology (PIT) Collection contains multiple resources emerging from the Public Interest Technology for Innovation in Global Development Workshop (PIT Workshop), which was held on 12 September 2023. Co-located with The IEEE International Symposium on Technology and Society 2023 (ISTAS23), the event advanced the field of public interest technology as it pertains to digital innovation and broad conceptions of global development. The workshop featured two sub-tracks comprising interdisciplinary presentations on topics such as responsible innovation, socio-technical systems, social innovation, cybersecurity, socio-ethics, standards and co-design, among others. Outcomes include an IJBSAM peer reviewed paper, in addition to visual proceedings and other resources linked below.
